6. Enter the event description using the keypad and press

Tip: For more information on entering text using the keypad, see
"Entering Text" on page 20.
7. Enter the time and date for this event using the keypad.
Press the navigation keys up and down to move between
the various Time Setup options. The Time Setup options
are:
•
Time: use the navigation keys to select AM or PM and
enter the time of the event using the keypad.
•
Date: enter the date of the event.
•
Alarm Option: Choose one of the following: 10Min before,
30Min before, 1Hour before, No alarm, or On time.
8. When you are finished setting the time and date for your
event, press

By playing the assigned ringer type.
•
By illuminating the backlight.
To select the Schedule ringer:
