    uSEFuL ADVICE • Always weigh yourself in the same conditions, preferably after waking up, in order not to consider weight fluctuations that take place during the day related to food, digestion or physical exercise of each individual. Changes in weight may be detected from one day to another.

    noTE To weigh yourself again, step off the scales and wait for the weight to disappear from the display and and then step back on the scales. The weight scales switches off automatically 10 seconds after being switched on. We recommend removing the batteries if you do not intend to use the machine for a long period of time.
