Self-levelling suspension
PRINCIPLE OF
OPERATION

When self-levelling rear suspension
is fitted, the vehicle will ride at
approximately the same height
irrespective of the load. When driving,
the system maintains the correct ride
height automatically, whether weight
is added or removed.
If a headlight levelling system is fitted,
pay attention that the appropriate
switch position is used. See
Headlamp levelling (page 55).
