• Do not sit on the heat pad. Instead, rest the pad on or against
the part of the body to be treated. The intended use of the
HP 610 is to treat only back and neck.
• Never touch a heat pad that has fallen into water. Unplug the
unit from the mains outlet immediately.
• Keep the mains lead away from hot surfaces.
• Never carry, pull or turn the heat pad by the mains lead and do
not let the lead get tangled.
• Do not use the heat pad when wet and only use it in dry
environments (not in the bathroom or similar environments).
• The controls and leads must not be exposed to any kind of
moisture.
• If a fault occurs, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
Repairs must only be carried out by an authorized specialist
dealer or other suitably qualified personnel.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
• A damaged power supply cable must be replaced with a power
cable of the same type.
• Heat pad may only be operated with the control unit (MAG 01HP)
supplied.
• When storing the heat pad, allow it to cool down before folding.
• Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your
doctor before using the heat pad.
• Do not use the heat pad on parts of the body that are swollen,
injured or inflamed.
• Should you experience persistent pains in the muscles and joints,
please inform your doctor. Persistent pains can be a symptom of
serious illness.
• If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the unit,
stop using it immediately.
