BRUSH GUARD ATTACHMENT - PRELIMINARY STEPS
BRUSH GUARD ATTACHMENT
STEP
1
- DRIVER SIDE
Attach Driver Side Brush Guard to the
vehicle frame at rear using Bolts (#07),
Washers (#08) and Nuts (#09). Attach at
the front from underneath the fender using
Nuts (#09). Note: 33 ft. lbs of torque
required
BRUSH GUARD ATTACHMENT

2
- PASSENGER SIDE
Attach passenger Side Brush Guard to the vehicle
frame at rear using Bolts (#07), Washers (#08)
and Nuts (#09). Attach at the front from underneath
the fender using Nut (#09). Attach to Rear Brush
Guard using: Bolts (#07). We have found that it
aids in assembly to insert bolts as shown in the
following steps.

- REAR
Attach Rear Brush Guard to the vehicle frame at
the bottom using Bolts (#07), Washers (#08) and
Nuts (#09). Attach to passenger side brush guard
using Bolts (#07). Note: Lift seats for easier access
to mounting holes.

- CROSS MEMBER
Attach Cross Member to driver and passenger
side brush guards using Bolts (#07).

Slide rubber grommets
onto front end of both
driver and passenger
side brush guards before
attaching to unit.

Insert 3/8" stud (#10) into
threaded mounting hole
at front end of both driver
and passenger side
brush guards before
attaching to unit.
