    LC-37HV4E REMOVING OF MAJOR PARTS 1.Take off the center and lower terminal covers. 2.Remove the two speaker fixing screws each and the speaker connecting terminal, and take off the speaker. 3.Remove the four stand fixing screws and take off the stand.
  • Page 13 LC-37HV4E 9.Open six FFC cable holders and remove the three FFC holder (right & left) fixing screws each and all the connec- tors of flat cables (FFC), and take off the FFC holders (right & left). 10.Remove the Speaker-L and-R PWB fixing screws each and the connectors of them, and take off the Speaker-L and-R PWBs.
  • Page 14 LC-37HV4E 13.Remove the five main PWB fixing screws, and take off the main PWB. 14.Remove the six power PWB fixing screws, and take off the power PWB. 15.Remove the four audio PWB fixing screws, and take off the audio PWB.
  • Page 15 LC-37HV4E • Handling Precautions for LCD Panel 1. Work in a clean room. (Humidity above 50%) 2. Operators should wear an earthing band. 3. Do not give a shock such as falling and vibration. 4. Use the ionizer. (Within 30 cm) 21.Remove the six LCD panel fixing screws and take off the LCD panel unit.

    LC-37HV4E ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES Though the best adjustment is made at shipment from the factory, the following adjustment is required if the value should be deviated or some adjustment is needed after replacement of parts. Display Side: 1. Preparation for Adjustment The unit needs to be replaced when the AVC System CONFIGROM/IC2202, receiver IC2206 and HDCP key ROM/IC2208 are replaced.
  • Page 17 LC-37HV4E 5. Adjustment 5-1 VLSBIAS/15V voltage adjustment Shift to Item of VLS BIAS cursor up/down key, and select the value by cursor right/left key. Connect the digital voltage meter to MAIN PWB TP4101/No.30 pin of panel gate socket CN4102, and adjust to be 15.00±0.05V by the cursor up/down key.
