    It is your responsibility to ensure that data is backed up on a regular basis. The data of the device and memory card contain licensed files, navigation software and digital maps. If data corruption occurs, you are able restore them using the methods above. VMS does not provide warranty on data corruption.

Within this period, VMS will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs.
