Troubleshooting The Digitalinx™ Digital Media Converter is designed for years of trouble free service, please reference the troubleshooting chart below if experiencing issues with the device. A general note regarding the use of this product: Computer PC cards with HDMI outputs are not always HDCP compliant. The units will have issues working with non HDCP video cards.
