Go to Management (Full) / Management Configuration / Maintenance Actions and set

Burn to FLASH
Graceful Option
Click Reset to save configuration in flash memory and restart the system.

Go back to Configuration (Full) / Protocol Configuration / Protocol Definition / Proxy &
Registration.
Click Register to register the ISDN SIP GW at SIP operator's network.
