Antennas connected to the iWAP202 Intrinsically Safe RF outputs must be assessed as ‘simple apparatus’ in accordance with IEC 60079-11. Antennas supplied by Extronics for use with the iWAP202 already meet these requirements. It is possible to assess other antennas for this purpose, contact Extronics for details. -
