Battery usage time is short
Make sure the battery pack is not left
for a long time outside the service area.
Outside the service area, since electric
waves are searched to make
communication available, more
electric power than usual is used.
The usage time for the battery pack
depends on the usage environment
and deterioration level.
Battery pack is a consumable product.
Service time per charge is gradually
reduced every time the battery is
charged.
Purchase a specified new battery pack
if the usage time becomes extremely
shorter than when the battery was
purchased even after fully charged.
Power turns off/The handset restarts
Unclean terminals for the battery pack
may result in poor connections and
loss of power. Wipe with a dry cloth or
a cotton swab.
Not activated by touching, pressing keys, etc.
Make sure the handset is not turned
off.
Screen response is slow when touching,
pressing keys, etc.
This may happen when a great deal of
data is saved on the handset or when
a large amount of data is transferred
between the handset and the microSD
Card.

・To deactivate the safe mode, turn the
power off and on again.
Back up the necessary information in
advance before using the safe mode.
Widgets created by yourself may
