Transporting your cleaner
Usethe handleonthe fronttocarrythe cleaner
or placethe cleanerin the uprightposition and
tip backto rollonthe rearwheels.
Releasingthe powercord
Theupperand lowercordwraps rotateto allow
forquickand easyremoval o f the powercord.
Fingertip power switch
Thepowerbuttonis located at the top ofthe
vacuumhandle.
Toturn cleaneron, press_) buttononce.
Toturn cleanerOFF, p ress(_) buttonagain.
Note:Therotatingbrushwill notturnon
unlessthe unitis in the reclined position
andthe brushswitchis on.
Handle positions
Useyourfoot to pullthe handlereleasepedal
backto recline the vacuumcleaner.
Heightadjustment
Thereare sevenheightsettings availablefor
variousfloorsurfaces. Turnthe dialon the foot of
the cleanerto the desiredsetting.
Lowestsetting- Forlowpile carpetor bare
floors. T opick up debrisit may benecessary to
moveuponesetting.
Mediumsettings - Formediumpilecarpet.
Highsetting- Forhighpileandmostshagcarpet.
Note:Foroptimalcarpetcleaning
performance, adjustto the lowestpractical
setting.If yourcleanerisdifficultto push,
adjustto the nexthighersetting.
If the dial is difficultto turn,tilt the cleaner
backslightly to take the weightoffthe foot while
turning.
