Solution
19200 Kbps is the data transfer rate of
the connection between your computer
and the phone. The rate of the
connection between your phone and
the network is displayed on your phone,
and will be either 14400 or 9600 Kbps.

Try pressing
disconnecting the cable or turning off
the phone. If possible, always close the
connection through your computer.
These alternative methods may disrupt
the application on your computer.
You may be in an area without service.
If you have wireless service, look in the
display for the digital signal indicator

service or no service at all. If you see the
