Some screens allow you to use the keypad to enter
text, such as when you compose a message.
set entry modes
Multiple text entry modes make it easy for you to
enter names, numbers, and messages:
entry mode
Primary
Enter text using a method that you set.
Secondary
Number
Enter numbers only (see page 40).
Symbol
Enter symbols only (see page 40).
To assign a Primary or Secondary text entry mode:

In a text entry screen, press
