Using the Menu
The message centre lets you compose and send text
messages. (See "Entering Text" on page 58.) A flashing cursor
shows you where the text will appear:
Flashing
cursor
indicates
insertion
point.
Press

to exit without
making changes.
When you enter text, the flashing cursor changes to a block
cursor, and the soft key functions change:
Block
cursor
indicates
current
highlighted
character.
After two seconds, the block
cursor reverts to a flashing cursor
and moves to the next position.
