Before you contact Nextel Customer Care for service or to resolve an
issue, be sure to have your IMEI number and your Model number ready.
These numbers are located on a sticker behind the battery on the back of
your Nextel phone. Your IMEI number is a 15-digit number beginning
with "000". The Model number is a 10-digit alpha-numeric code. You'll
want to record these numbers, and keep them handy, so that you can
replace the battery prior to contacting Customer Care.
