Connecting to a Computer

Turn the power off on both the printer

and the computer.

Attach the other end of the interface
cable from your computer.

• Use a shielded cable 1,95 m (6'5") or less in
length for both of parallel and seriaL
If you do not already have a interface cable, you
will need to purchase one from your local
computer store or dealeL For details, refer to
"Interfacing" (1lW P,40),
• If the cable has a frame ground wire, connect it
to the frame ground terminaL
