Your Roadside Companion professional will ask if you have an emergency. Since this is
6
only your test call, please indicate to your Roadside Companion professional
that you do not have an emergency, but are making your first-time setup call.
Your Roadside Companion professional will determine your location and confirm this with you.
7
At the conclusion of your setup and test call, your Roadside Companion professional
will end the call.
If you have any questions, please call us at 1-888-905-6900.
Press and hold down the big red button until the
unit beeps, and then release the button. The red
"IN USE" light will flash on and off once every
second, indicating that the Roadside Companion
unit is searching for a signal. When the "IN USE"
light turns solid red, this indicates the call is
going through.
Listen for a Roadside Companion
professional who will greet you by name.
