Troubleshooting
12-2-2 The Outdoor unit power supply error
1. Checklist :
1) Are the input power voltage and power connection correct?
2) Is there any Fuse Short of the indoor?outdoor unit?
3) Is the Reactor Wire of the outdoor unit correctly connected?
2. Troubleshooting procedure
After power connection,
is the voltage of the outdoor unit
Terminal Block N, L correctly run?
After 30 seconds after pulling out the
power plug, move to the next step.
Is the outdoor unit Fuse normal?
Connect the Reactor Wire.
Is the +, - of C102 Short?
Separate the BLDC FAN Wire
Is the +, - of C102 Short?
Replace the PCB

Replace the Fuse.
Connect the reactor wire.
Separate the PCB from the case.

Is there any incorrect insertion or
no insertion of the PCB parts?
Yes
Replace the PCB.
Is the number 1, 3 of the
BLDC FAN Wire Short?
Yes
Replace the BLDC FAN
Replace the power cable.
Normal Operation
