❋ This washing machine is equipped with automatic safety functions which detect and diagnose faults at an
early stage and react appropriately.
When the machine does not function properly or does not function at all, check the following points before
you contact your service provider.
Problem
Rattling and
• Foreign objects, such as keys,

Solutions
• Stop washer and check drum and drain fi
lter for foreign objects. If noise continues
after washer is restarted, call for service.
• This is normal. If sound continues, washer
is probably out of balance. Stop and
redistribute wash load.

shipping bolts and packaging.
• Stop washer and rearrange wash load.
• Adjust the leveling feet. Make sure all four
feet are in fi rm contact with the fl oor while
the washer is in the spin cycle with a load.

• Check hoses. Check and tighten hose
connections.
• Unclog drain pipe. Contact a plumber if
necessary.
• Reduce detergent amount or use low-
sudsing detergent.
• Load the laundry products into the
dispenser.
• Always remove items from the washer as
soon as the cycle is completed.
• Always wash dark colors separately from
light colors and whites to prevent
discoloration. If possible, do not wash
heavily soiled items with lightly soiled ones.
