Possible cause
The control may be dirty or have
water on it.
The hob has overheated.
The pans you are using are not
suitable.
The voltage is too high and/or the
hob is not properly connected.
Something may be resting on the
controls.
Solution
Clean the control panel.
Allow the hob to cool down.
Use pans that are designed to be used
with induction hobs.
Check your connections.
Remove any objects on the controls or
do not touch them for so long.
