SUGGESTED COOKING TIMES

- Always cook fresh fruit on low pressure.
- You may choose tougher, less expensive cuts of meat to be cooked on pressure setting, as the meat will break down and
get tender.
- When cooking beans, add a tablespoon of oil to reduce foaming during the cooking process.

NOTE: The below cooking times are approximate and depend on the size and/or variety of foods.
Use these cooking times as a reference only. All the cooking times are for HIGH (15 psi) pressure cooking.

TROUBLESHOOTING

SETTING PRESSURE button and setting the desired time. Press the START/STOP button.
3. Release the pressure completely as mentioned in #1 above.
