ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

READ ALL SAFETY WARNINGS & ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE ASSEMBLING OR OPERATING YOUR GRILL.
WE RECOMMEND TWO PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER WHEN AS SEM BLING THIS UNIT.

  • Page 3 Choose a good, cleared assembly area and get a friend to help you put your grill together. Lay card board down to protect grill finish and assembly area. CAUTION! Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. Step 1 Unfold the cart and lock into place.
  • Page 4 Large Front Plastic Foot Small Back Plastic Foot Step 4 Press large front plastic foot onto bottom of front left side cart leg. Press small back plastic foot onto bottom of back left side cart leg. Step 5 Insert the wheel assembly through the cart leg.
  • Page 5 Grill Body Note: When performing Step 7, Assembly Lift grill body from front and rear panels to avoid injury to hands and fingers. Cart Frame Step 7 With the help of a friend, place grill body assembly on assembled cart frame.
  • Page 6 Pre-attached Bolts Step 8 Attach front panel to side burner by inserting pre-attached bolts on side burner into the keyholes on the front panel. Tighten bolts securely. Step 9 Pre-attached Bolts Attach front panel to left side table by inserting pre-attached bolts on the side table into the keyholes on front panel.
  • Page 7 Step 10 Remove M6 X 12 mm bolt from left side of control panel. Attach the side table assembly to the left side of firebox. Place table over bolts and slide toward back of grill, then tighten securely. Attach left side table front panel to grill body using the removed M6 X 12 mm bolt.
  • Page 8 Note: Loosen the pre-attached bolts on the burner Side Burner assembly bracket before Valve Burner Venturi Valve performing Step 12. Nozzle Step 12 Insert the side burner valve assembly through the holes in the side burner front panel, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner venturi.
  • Page 9 Step 15 Insert grease tray into tracks on backside of grill. Hang grease cup from brackets on bottom of grease tray. Grease Cup Grease Tray Warming Rack Step 16 Place the heat distribution plates on lower level of grill body Cooking Grates assembly directly above burners.
