TROUBLESHOOTING

If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.
Problem
Red LED not lighting
Blue LED not lighting
Correction
Techconnect Select gets power from the display device.
Check that the source device is turned on.
The Select is not connected to the HDMI switcher, or
The HDMI switcher is not powered on.
The HDMI cable may be too long.
