No sound comes out (connect with the AVC
center and check).
Are the speakers properly connected to the audio
output terminals?

Are P5301 and P601 properly connected with a
wire?
YES
Check if sound comes out from the AVC center.
When turning on the power, pin (19) of IC2203
remains 3.3V.
The output of pin (5) of IC4807 is 5V.
