Precautions for servicing.
When replacing the digital PWB (DKEYDC307VJxx), remove the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet from the
old PWB and fix the sheet to the new PWB using silicone adhesive.
<Additional work to the side-A.>
<Procedure>
(1) Cover IC9301 and IC9303 on the PWB's Side A with the electromagnetic wave absorber (PSLDMA530WJZZ-
- -60x45 mm). Be careful not to confuse the absorber's setup direction.
~Positioning guide for the electromagnetic wave absorber
• Adjust the absorber to the earth lug. Be careful not to place the absorber over the earth lug.
See the figure at left for positioning A.
• Align the absorber with the white line around IC8101. Do not allow the absorber over the white line onto
this IC. See the figure at left for positioning B (at left).
(2) To prevent the absorber from peeling off, apply silicone adhesive at two points between the absorber and the
PWB. See the figure at left for adhesive applications A and B.
