[‑‑‑] is shown instead of numerical values for items not available on
your smartphone or items not recorded correctly.
UTC: Coordinated Universal Time, essentially the same as Greenwich Mean
Time.

Checking People Detected in Face ID

If you switch the camera to simple information display mode (= 1 75), the
names of up to five detected people registered in Face ID (= 1 05) will be
displayed.
If you do not want names to display on images shot using Face ID, touch
[H], touch [n], choose [Face ID Info] on the [1] tab, and then set
[Name Display] to [Off].

Using a smartphone connected wirelessly
to the camera, you can geotag images
on the camera, adding information such
as latitude, longitude, and elevation
(= 5 4). Geotagged images are labeled
with a [
] icon. Touching these images
will show the GPS information. Latitude,
longitude, elevation, and UTC (shooting
date and time) are listed from top to
bottom.
Switch to simple information
display mode and check.

Touch [l] repeatedly to enter simple
information display, and then choose an
image by dragging left or right on the
screen.

Names will be displayed on detected
people.
