FINDING INPUT VALUES USING THE SOLVER Your calculator solves for the input
values of any equation that is in the form "expression = 0". This means that all terms must be
on one side of the equation and 0 must be on the other side before you enter the equation into
the calculator. The expression can, but does not have to, use x as the input variable.
The calculator offers several methods of solving for input variables. We first illustrate
