Disconnecting a Bluetooth connection

If any of the following operations are performed while a Bluetooth connection is being used, the Bluetooth connection will be
disconnected.
• Hold down
on the remote control or SOURCE on this unit.
• Turn the system off.
• Turn off the Bluetooth setting of the other component.
When you connect an iPod touch/iPhone/iPad via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connection may be disconnected if you switch the audio source to
iPod or USB while an iPod/iPhone/iPad is connected.
AM radio is available only for U.S.A. model.

Selecting an FM/AM station

To listen to the FM /AM station, connect the antenna as described in "Connecting the speakers and antenna" (P. 2).

Display information (remote control only)
If you press DISPLAY on the remote control, the information shown on the front panel display will be switched in the
following order.

LISTENING TO FM/AM STATIONS

Preset number and frequency
* Example of reception status indication (the STEREO/MONO indication is not shown while
receiving an AM broadcast).
TUNED/STEREO: A strong FM stereo broadcast is being received.
TUNED/MONO:
Not TUNED:

Press the RADIO source button to switch the
audio source to FM or AM.

Tune FM/AM stations.
Automatic tuning: Press and hold TUNING
Manual tuning: Press TUNING
If you tune to a station manually while receiving FM, the sound
will be monaural.
Reception status*
A monaural FM broadcast is being received (even if the FM
broadcast is stereo, reception will be monaural if the signal is weak).
No broadcast is being received.
