Create a New Homepage

Select any previously visited Web page to display as your home page.
1. From any open Web page, touch
2. Touch either BOOKMARKS or HISTORY.
3. Touch and hold an entry from the list to display an onscreen popup menu.
4. Touch Set as homepage to assign the selected entry as your new homepage.

Add Bookmarks to Your Home Screen

You can add Web bookmarks to your phone's home screen for quick access.
1. From any open Web page, touch
2. Touch and hold an entry from the Bookmark list to display an onscreen popup menu.
3. Touch Add shortcut to home to add the selected entry to your home screen.

Tethering and Portable Hotspot

You can share your phone's data capabilities through tethering or by activating the mobile hotspot
feature to create a portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

Share Your Phone's Data Connection via USB Cable

You can access the Internet on your computer via the USB tethering feature of your phone. The
feature needs data connection on a mobile network and may result in data charges.
Note: Make sure you are not transferring files with the USB cable between the phone and your
computer. Using USB tethering will switch the USB connection from Media Transfer mode to Phone
as Modem mode. See Connect to PC.
1. Connect your phone to the computer with the provided USB cable. The first time, a window will
pop up and prompt you to install the driver.
2. Double click the executable file (.exe) in the window and follow the prompts to finish the driver
installation on the computer.
Note: If the window doesn't pop up automatically for some reason (for example, the firewall of your
computer may block it), please open the new CD-ROM drive on your computer manually and find
the executable file to run it.
3. Touch
> > S ettings > M ore....
4. Tick the USB tethering check box. A new network connection will be created on the computer.
Note: To stop sharing your data connection, uncheck USB tethering or disconnect the USB cable.
