Problem
Action
- Check the machine is plugged in to a live supply.

- Check that the waste container or volume bag extension tube is correctly
attached, remove and refit to be sure
- Check that you are pressing both main switch and front switch
ensuring safety switch has released main switch
- Check fuse.
- Contact helpline.

- Check volume bag hose (accessory) is not blocked.
