Method :
Set to AM 530kHz and adjust L901 so that the test
point becomes 1.0MHz ± 1kHz.
2. AM VT Check
Settings : • Test point :
Method :
Set to AM 530kHz and check that the test point is
1.0V ± 0.5V. then set to 1710kHz and check that the
test point is 7.5V ± 1.0V.
3. AM Tracking Adjustment
Settings : • Test point :
• Adjustment location :
ANT801 (Bar Antenna) ................ 600kHz
TC801 ......................................... 1400kHz
*Repeat this adjustment a few times until the wave
shape has the maximum amplitude.
4. AM IF Adjustment
Settings : • Test point :
• Adjustment location :
L806 ............................................. 450kHz
5. FM VT Adjustment.
Settings : • Test point :
• Adjustment location : L805
Method :
Set to FM 108.0MHz and adjust L805 so that the
test point becomes 7.0V ± 0.2V. Then set to FM
87.5MHz and check that the test point is 1.5V ± 0.1V.

8. Mono Distortion Check
Settings : • Test point :
• Volume :
• Input level :
Method :
Set to FM 98.0MHz and check that the distortion
at the test point is less than 3.0%.
