How to use your Scales

1. For best results make sure the Scales are placed on a flat, hard surface.
2. We recommend that you weigh yourself at the same time and in the same
location to get the most accurate and consistent measurement. Do not weigh
yourself after eating or exercising as this will have a variable effect on your
measurements.
3. Simply step barefoot on to the Scales and it will
automatically switch on.
4. Stand still and keep in full contact with the Scales
until the display stops flashing. Your weight will
then be displayed.
5. The data will be automatically transmitted to the App on your chosen device.
Look for the
symbol on the Scales display.
6. Once successful the
symbol will disappear.
7. Please note that if the symbol does not disappear the data transmission has not
been successful. The Scales will retain the data and transmit to your chosen
device when they are next paired.
8. To view your measurement record, go to the App and follow the instructions.
