Is battery low? Charge when battery is low.
Cannot be scanned
Hold handset for a few seconds. If time held over
reader/writer is short, it may fail.
Hold handset level with reader/writer. Alternatively,
move handset backwards/forwards or to the left/right
and bring it close to reader/writer slowly.
Check the mark side. If there are metal objects
nearby, scanning may fail.
