The door will not open when the "Door" button is pressed
Issue
The washer has no power. Insert the plug into the outlet and ensure the circuit
Power failure
The door was not
properly closed.
There is still water in the
drum and the washer
cannot drain it away.
As a safeguard against scalding, the drum door cannot be opened if the wash
water temperature is over 131°F (55°C).
