7. Limited Warranty

Your HD100 is covered by an Digitalway Corporation Limited Warranty.
This product is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for from
the date of purchase. If the product fails or malfunctions due to a manu-
facturing defect during the warranty period, a refurbished unit of the same
make and model or its current equivalent will be provided free of charge.
This offer is valid only in the Europe and its territories.
Warranty period: 1 year
Warning: Changes or modifications to this product not expressly
approved by Digitalway Corporation will void the warranty.
NOT COVERED
The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty:
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Damage from use outside the product's usage parameters.
• Damage from modification or incorporation of other products.
• Damage from repair or replacement of warranted parts by parties
other than an Digitalway authorized service provider.
• Damage to or loss of any programs or data.
• Damage resulting from an Act of God.
