1. Remove
Retainer
Spring and
Clevis
Pin
(Fig. 17)
from Lift
Lever Pivot Assembly
and Lift
Tube.
2.
Adjust the Lift Tube until
the
Stop
Plate
touches the
Front
Mounting Bracket when
Pi
n in
Lever is at
front
edge of
Small Notch in
Lever Quadrant. Lengthen Lift
Tube
one
or
two
additional turns and
secure in
Lift
Lever
Pivot
Assem-
bly with
Clevis
Pin and
Retainer
Spring.
Be sure Pin
in
Lever does not
contact rear
of
Smal
l
Notch
after
making
thi
s
adjustment.
This will give
the
maximum lift height
attainable.
