SETTING THE LCD BACKLIGHT TIME
1. In standby mode, press the MENU button, "COUNTY CODE" is shown on
the display.
2.Tap the button until "BACKLIGHT SET" is showing on the display.
3. Tap the SELECT button to show the current backlight setting.
4.Tap the button to choose "NORMAL" or "ON" to select Backlight turn
on time.
ON will keep the backlight on at all times, and NORMAL will automatically
turn off the display backlight after 10 seconds.
5. Press the SELECT button to save your BACKLIGHT time setting.
6. Press MENU button to exit set up mode.
When the unit is in standby mode:
