My 18 channel Strand Lighting Console will not black out - why?

The manual does not provide specific troubleshooting steps for the blackout function not working. However, ensure the following:

1. The blackout button is not disabled or stuck.
2. The playback masters (A and B) are correctly set.
3. The console is not in HOLD mode, which can override fader outputs.
4. No liquid has been spilled on the console, and it's not exposed to moisture.
5. The equipment is properly connected and powered.

If these checks fail, the issue may require professional service.
