Food has frozen
together.
An alarm does not
sound although the
appliance door has
been left open for
some time.
You cannot switch
the appliance off.
The external walls
of the appliance feel
warm.
Possible cause
The food packaging was
not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
This is not a fault. The alarm
tone was switched off in
settings mode (see "Further
settings - Audible tones").
The safety lock is switched
on. The 0 symbol lights up.
This is not a fault. The heat
which results from the
cooling process is used to
avoid the build-up of
condensation on the
appliance.
