The Epic™ Gas Stove is factory equipped for 40,000 BTU input and can be con-
verted to 33,000 using a smaller orifice (provided in optional orifice kit P/N H5924).

    Quiet Operation Pilot Flame Appearance As the Epic gas stove is burning, a number of normal operational sounds may be heard. The flow of gas through the gas valve and orifice may make a rushing or whistling noise. If this noise is objectionable, it can be reduced by turning down the flame.
