4. Select the port you wish to activate ("Activate Phone Port 1", or
"Activate Phone Port 2").
5. Select the "Area Code Inventory" group you wish to work with, and
then select the "Fax Number" you wish to use from the drop-down list
provided.
6. Complete the Contact Information, and click "Add Device".
7. If your ATA device has been used previously with a Concord, or non-
Concord fax number, please contact Premium Support to perform a
factory reset on the device, allowing it to be used with a new Concord
User account and fax number.
If you are unable to verify the Serial Number of your device, contact Concord
Premium Support.
