<CD SECTION>
• Adjust and check at test mode.
• Keep at a level CD Mechanism.
• Equipment
Measure: Oscilloscope (using probe 10:1)
Digital Multimeter (using at DCV range)
Jitter Meter (KIKUSUI 6135 or 6235)
Test Disc: TCD-782/ATD-001
1. Focus Offset Adjustment
Conditions
Measuring equipment: Digital Multimeter
Test point: TP503 (FE), TP501(VC)
Adjustment point: SFR552
1) Connect the Digital multimeter to Test point TP503 (FE) and TP501 (VC).
2) Press DEMO/PRESET key.
3) Press PLAY key without setting Disc (light on MIC of FL).
4) Adjust SFR552 so that the Multimeter ranges 0 ± 20 mV.
2. Tracking Offset Adjustment
Conditions
Measuring equipment: Digital Multimeter
Test point: TP502 (TE), TP501(VC)
Adjustment point: SFR551
1) Connect the Digital multimeter to Test point TP502 (TE) and TP501 (VC).
2) Press DEMO/PRESET key.
3) Press PLAY key without setting Disc (light on MIC of FL).
4) Adjust SFR551 so that the Multimeter ranges 0 ± 20 mV.
