6. Check the main P.W.B (power circuit)
Is DC 35V being output
at terminals C and D?
Is DC 35V being output
between cathode and
mode of D701
Is DC 12V being supplied
accross the control side
(coil terminal) of interface relay
Replace the interface relay

D701 and C701 may be
defective
There is a defective between
the 12V output of switching
power supply and interface
relay.
