TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the table below when this product does not function property_tf the problem you are experiencing is
not tisted below or if the instructions below do not help, turn off the product, disconnect the power cord, and
contact Samsung Electronics at 1o800oSAMSUNG (1-800°726°7864),

_ Are the batteries drained?
® ts the distance between the remote controt and
main unit too far?
-->Replace with new batteries,

o ts your TV firmware the tatest version?
o Doesan error occur when connecting?
® Resetthe TV MODE and connect again,

TV to see if it suppo_s TV SoundConnect,
-_ Update your TV with the tatest firmware,
-->Contact the Samsung cat1centefi
÷ Pressand hotd the _ n button for 5 seconds to
reset the TV SoundConnect connection_
