Defrost. Gentle, more uniform thawing with little or
/
no attention at automatic Power Level 3, or change
power level after entering time. (See page 11.)
HoId/Timer. This feature uses no microwave
energy while it functions as both a kitchen timer or
as a holding period between defrost and time or
temperature cooking. (See page 13. )
Clock. Touch this pad to enter time of day or check
~time of day while microwaving. TO set clock, first
touch CLOCK pad and then enter time of day. For
example, if time is 1:30, touch number pads 1, 3,
and O and 1:30 will appear in readout display. Touch
START thus setting the clock. If you wish to reset or
change time, simply repeat above process.
~Auto Roast. Insert probe, touch this pad, and
desired number pad for Code to temperature cook
meat with automatic preset program.
Clear/Off. When touched, it stops the oven and
erases all settings except time of day.
AUTOMATIC FAN FEATURE
Cooking appliances installed under the oven might,
under some heavy usage conditions, cause temp-
eratures high enough to overheat some internal
parts of the microwave oven.
To prevent overheating from taking place, the vent
fan is designed to automatically turn on at low
speed if excessive temperatures occur. Should this
happen, the fan cannot be manually turned off, but
it will automatically turn off when the internal parts
have cooled. The fan may stay on up to approxi-
mately 30 minutes after the range and microwave
oven controls have been turned off.
