Printing instructions
Paper size A5, double sided
Margins are set to allow for spiral binding
Print cover pages 1,2, 39 & 40 on heavy paper
Print remaining pages on regular paper
Collate pages and check page order
Spiral bind on left hand edge
Page 41 need not be printed
