    Chapter 6 Overnight Therapy You may use Quell at bedtime and throughout the night. Before going to sleep, make sure the device is placed securely and comfortably around your leg. Start a therapy session by briefly clicking the button. This first therapy session will stimulate at your regular intensity level.
