On the back of my Tappan gas stove where the numbers are for the temperature and timer I can barely read the red numbers for the oven temperature. Can that be adjusted or maybe a bulb change? Image won't post.

The red numbers for the oven temperature on a Tappan 30 Series gas stove are typically part of the temperature control dial or display and are not adjustable. If the numbers appear dim, faded, or difficult to read, this may be due to a worn-out dial, a faulty display, or an issue with the indicator light.

If the oven uses an illuminated display with a bulb, replacing the bulb may restore visibility. However, if the numbers are printed and have faded over time, the dial or control panel may need replacement. If the issue is with an electronic display, a malfunctioning control board or display module could be the cause, requiring repair or replacement.
