- Page 5 ASSEMBLY – Model No. 4989920 Disconnect water hose from water inlet. Remove cutting boards if present. Unscrew water inlet from back of sink assembly. Make sure gasket stays inside of inlet. Pull drain pipe inside of cart, then lift sink assembly out of cart with drain pipes attached to drain.
